Be Creative at Summer “Art Camp”

 

Looking for something fun for the kids to do this summer? Art teachers Mary Marcantel and Beth Ann Smith are offering an opportunity for the kids to learn new art skills. Adults can even indulge their creative whims, too.

Clay Camp for Kids

Let your child explore the wonderful world of clay. Camp will involve clay projects, stories, games and snacks. Each day is a different theme such as Wild Things, Fantastic Creatures, Fruit Loop and more. Participants can even try the wheel. Contact Beth Ann Smith at 731-772-2853

 

Beginning Pottery Class for Adults

Adults can explore traditional hand-building methods and beginning wheel. Fee includes clay, glazes and firing of pieces.

Mornings with Mary: Baubles and Beads

Students will complete earrings, necklaces and bracelets using natural and man-made materials. Materials are included with the workshop. Tools will be provided and available for purchase at the end of the camp for $10. This camp is limited to 5 students. Mornings with Mary: Strings and Things
