IT’S HORSE SHOW TIME IN BROWNSVILLE!

After a year’s absence, the Brownsville/Haywood County Tennessee Walking Horse Classic will be held at the East Side Arena beginning at 6:30 p.m., Friday, July 10, 2009, according to organizers Pat Cummins and William “Sonny” Howse.

The popular “Stick Horse” competition, for children 6 & under, will be the first class of the night. World Grand Champion and World Champion horses will be entered into competition. Trainers and exhibitors are expected from all over Tennessee and several other states.

Concessions will be provided by the Brownsville Exchange Club with proceeds benefiting the Carl Perkins Child Advocacy Canter.
