Carl Perkins Center needs school supplies

The beginning of school poses a difficult financial problem for families served by the Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse. The center is seeking your help to provide these families with the school supplies they need to start the new year. School begins August 4, and supplies are needed by July 28. The Center is now located at 51 Kleer-Vu Drive behind the former Jim McAdams State Farm office. The Carl Perkins Center has served 72 children in 30 families in the past year in Haywood County.
