Exchange Club Carl Perkins Center to host annual dinner and auction

The Exchange Club Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse’s Annual Dinner and Auction will be Saturday, March 14, 2009, at the Wyatt-Duke National Guard Armory on Morgan Street, Brownsville, Tenn.

This year’s theme is western, with the motto “Let’s Corral Child Abuse.”  A silent auction begins at 5:30 p.m., with a prime rib dinner following at 7 p.m.  DJ Ricky Scott will provide music; and Kim Bishop and Will Jones return as emcees. A live auction will follow dinner and will be conducted by auctioneer Dewayne Autry.

This is one of the highlights of the year in Brownsville and capacity is limited, so reserve your tickets or tables early.  Single tickets are $40 and a table for eight is $320. All proceeds benefit the operations of the Carl Perkins Center in Haywood County.  For more information and to reserve your tickets, call the center at 772-8378.
