Brownsville Business Association President Pat Bailey (right) and Betty Williams, Williams Insurance Agency, welcomes Karen Paqueo (center) to the Brownsville business scene Saturday, February 3, during the grand opening of Some Place in Time. Paqueo and partner, Patricia Hannak, are owners of the antique and collectibles establishment now housed in the former B&B Department Store building at 26 South Washington.
