Insouth Bank donates $100,000

for Child Advocacy Center

Over 300 were in attendance at the Denim & Diamonds Dinner and Auction Saturday night, March 11, 2006, when Insouth Bank’s Phil Clinton and David Prince announced the bank’s donation of $100,000 for the Haywood County Child Advocacy Center. “Insouth Bank is proud to support the Carl Perkins center with this donation,” says David Prince, bank president. “The Center changes the lives of the people it touches in ways that can never be measured and the Advocacy Center will have such a positive impact on the staff and their clients.” The center has plans to begin the construction of the child advocacy center this spring. This was the eighth year for the dinner and auction that benefits the Exchange Club Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse. [Read more about the dinner and auction.]
