If you have a child who is interested in track and baseball, you’ll be interested to know that sign-ups for both activities will begin on Feb. 3 at the Parks & Rec. building on Boyd Ave., from 9 a.m.-12. If your child has not participated before, be sure to bring their birth certificate. Sign-ups will be held each Saturday in February.

Hope you’ve saved some of the recipes to try next weekend. The Super Bowl is always a good excuse to try some new dishes. This week’s winning dessert, Orange Cupcakes, will satisfy the sweet tooth of all your football fans, and non-fans, too.

Don’t forget to sign up for the Master Gardener class beginning Thursday, Feb. 1.
