Brownsville & Haywood County July 27, 2007 Volume
3, Issue 29 |
|
It’s that time of year again. Summer
vacations are coming to an end and preparations for a new school year are
beginning. But, just that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. There are still
tons of things to do in Brownsville and Haywood County. The Hoop Fest is
Saturday in Stanton, and of course, you can pick up some fresh produce at the
Farmer’s Market while you are there. Haywood Movement, planned for August 4
on the Brownsville Court Square, is picking up steam and still needs more
vendors, businesses, club, organizations, or anyone who would like to have a
booth or sponsor some activity. Select areas will be blocked beginning at
7:30 a.m. until noon. If you are interested in reserving a spot or just want
more information, e-mail: haywoodmovement@bellsouth.net. Don’t forget the Sales Tax Holiday next
weekend and help the kids enjoy this last week before school starts. E-mail me your favorite recipes and remember to use
the Community Event Form to have your events
listed on All About Brownsville. ~ Sonia |
