Recipe of the Week: Ginger Marinated Tuna with Wasabi Butter

I hope you enjoyed the Memorial Day weekend. It’s time to get revved up for Relay. The survivor luncheon will be Thursday, and then join the fun Friday evening for a night of entertainment, games and walk for a cure. We’ve had lots of good fundraisers going on the last few months and I certainly have eaten well during this time. I know Relay will be a big success and look forward to hearing a total for the event.

Need something fun and educational for the kids to do? Two Haywood County art teachers are offering “Art Camps” this summer. There’s even a camp for adults. Learn more.

If you have any events coming up in the next couple of weeks, please let me know by Monday, June 4. You can use the Community Event Form or simply e-mail me.
