Volume 4, Issue 25

AAB is a day early this week. I’m hoping you will be away from the computer tomorrow enjoying the 4th of July and the long weekend.

Take it easy for the next week, because there are Vacation Bible Schools and other activities that will keep you hopping the later part of the month.

The Third Annual Kids Day, hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Parks and Recreation Dept. will be held Wed., July 16, at Volunteer Park. Joe and Nancy, plus a whole host of volunteers, work hard each year to put this together for the kids and each year the crowd has grown. They must be doing something right. At least the kids like it, and that’s what it’s all about. Be sure and get the kids out there for one last hurrah before school starts. Which, by the way is August 5.

Don’t forget there’s a new dress code for Haywood County schools, too. Go to www.haywoodschools.com/stories/031408_dress_code.htm for complete information.

Enjoy the 4th!!!
