Some times I have to go back and read previous newsletters because I can't remember what I've told you about and what I haven't. Obviously you are able to tell which events and causes I am more passionate about by the number of times you hear about them or by my prejudiced opinions of their worth. Not to downplay the others. They are all just as important and should receive equal time. It’s just that I know more about the projects/events I’m involved with and, well, sometimes I get carried away.

With so much happening, I hope you are utilizing this newsletter and the website calendar to keep up with it all. I also hope you are contributing and using it as a resource when planning your events. All About Brownsville’s Community Calendar allows you to plan so you are not competing with other local activities. I know we can’t always schedule our events around others, but by listing your event early and using the calendar as a planning tool you are maximizing your exposure to the community. I wish all events were listed, but the sad truth is that there are still those who are not aware of AAB. You can help spread the word by forwarding to your friends when you see an event you think they might be interested in. The more people who see AAB, the more events and happenings we will all know about. Thanks for helping me and for subscribing.
