This Saturday is the Stew for Le Bonheur that I goofed
telling you about last week. Cost is $25 a gallon and I'm sure you can still
place an order. Call Alicia Russell at 731-772-8223. Easter is coming up and many events are planned. The
Ministerial Alliance will host Holy Week Services again this year and many
egg hunts are planned. First Presbyterian Church is offering a Seder Supper
and Good Friday service. Details are below about all these services. Also, many Relay for Life events are coming up. This
year's Relay has been moved up a month, so please don't forget that the big
Relay for Life event is May 14. I'm looking forward to attending a conference in
Nashville next week. Making new friends, learning more about museums and I'll
definitely be spreading the word about the Heritage Center. That's why you'll
notice this week's event calendar includes a couple of weeks - just in case I
don't get a chance to get the newsletter out next week. Be sure and check out the "Sunday in the
South" section of the Jackson Sun this Sunday. There will be a piece
about the Center there. Who do you think is the "top" nurse at Haywood
Park Community Hospital? The hospital is celebrating Nurses’ Week May 6-12
and is asking for nominations. Here's how to nominate a nurse. ~ Sonia Join the Conversation: AAB Blog |
