1/2 lb. bacon cooked & crumbled

1/2 c. chopped onion

1/2 c. mayo

1 loaf of bread

 

Use small cookie cutter to make rounds in bread. Toast both sides in

oven. Mix first 3 ingredients together and spread on toasted bread rounds (or squares). Should spread easily. Place in oven under broiler just long enough to get hot. Makes around 40.
